Review the Example and Practice sections of the Balanced Scorecard Module to practice reading and evaluating the information it presents.

Complete the Assignment section of the Balanced Scorecard Module to evaluate the performance of the organization against established standards. Complete the following: Identify the performance gaps. Be specific (right column in the table) Recommend actions to reduce performance gaps (table below the gaps table). As graduate students, you are expected to critically think about the your proposals and support them with research. This is more extensive than the examples in the module/tutorial. Opinions by themselves have no academic value.
